The Open Mat Class is open to all students for controlled sparring & rolling in a safe atmosphere under close instructor supervision. These training sessions are where students get to practice what they have been learning in real time including all aspects of MMA, whether standing up or on the ground the emphasis is on skill set development at all times rather then fighting so safety and correct mental attitude is the top priority at all times. At least 2 people must be in attendance for the class to take place and students are solely responsible for organizing a partner to work with.
